New Patient Process

We hope that becoming a new patient at Kapa’a Pediatrics will be quick and easy. In order to schedule a visit please follow the steps below so that we can review and input current information and important past medical history in our electronic medical record (EMR)) system EPIC. This will ensure a smooth transition so that our first visit with your child can be effective and efficient.

First, check the website home page to make sure that we are accepting patients. If we are currently not accepting patients, please check back from time to time to see if the status has changed.

If we are accepting patients please call us at the office for an individualized acceptance code that you will use on your Registration Form. This code will help us keep track of your file.

After you have received your individualized acceptance code please choose the appropriate “New Patient” link :

Vaccination Policy: Although we are pro-vaccinations, we accept patients whose parents have decided not to vaccinate them.
